Aluminum-Alloy Die Casting Shop：Six 125t-250t
cold chamber machines in production. Operating 3 shifts 24-hour
daily. 2000-4000 daily cycles/machine.. Primarily focus on lighting
accessories.
Trimming Shop：Labor intensive procedures. Manual
cleaning and trimming processes to achieve the closest tolerance.
Better quality than machinery trimming. Finish all casting production
units at the same day to improve inventory cycle and meet client
schedule.
Machinery Shop：Equipped with
many small to medium Lathe, Mill, Threading, and Cutting machines.
Post casting machinery procedures to complete product assemblies.
Strict QC procedures to meet tolerance requirements.
Polishing Shop：Over 40 grinder and polishing
machines with more than 80 workers and 10 QA analysts. Quality

Electroplating Plant (Newfield Branch)： XinXi electroplating plant is specializing in high-end zinc-alloy products finishing, have electroplating finishing lines .This production lines processes more than 300,000 pieces per month. Our products meet the most restricted finishing standards of US ASTM.
Modeling Shop：Equipped with various precision
machines and CAD equipments, operated by highly skilled technicians.
Capable of developing more than 10 modeling per month.
R&D：Many college graduated engineers with
years of experience, helped with latest computer technologies.
Provide product and modeling design, drawing, and production
and QA procedures. Engineer(s) is assigned to each product with
full responsibility to meet the best quality and schedule, provide
the highest satisfaction and best service to clients. Engineers
are also sent for training so that they have the latest information
and skills to keep R&D updated.
